Michael has served as a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor for over 18 years and provide Christ-centered professional counseling to men ages 18 and older. He's known for his personable approach, understanding human behavior, and leading men to discover their true identity in Christ as they navigate life's challenges. Michael helps men overcome the struggles hindering their personal lives and relationships. He's a counselor, pastor, entrepreneur, and continues to grow during his own journey as an individual, husband, and father raising three teenagers. Previously, Michael had a ten year career in Los Angeles working in film and television and was involved in ministry to the entertainment community.

Michael is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor (License #12870) with the National Christian Counselors Association. He has served in ministry for over 25 years as a pastor and counselor meeting with thousands of individuals, couples and families. He earned a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary. Michael specializes in helping men navigating personal struggles, relational issues, identity, and living the Christian life. A foundational passage in his life is John 15:5...

PAYMENT
Michael does not accept insurance to allow for greater flexibility in your care. Insurance generally requires a mental health diagnosis, which isn't always appropriate or necessary. It also allows decisions about your counseling to remain between you and the counselor, based on what best supports your needs. A payment link through VENMO will be sent prior to all appointments.
